I recently attended a reformer session with Rupy at RKore. I absolutely loved it and can\u2019t wait to go back. Rupy is incredibly knowledgeable and guides you throughout the session. The studio is gorgeous and such a pleasant space to be exercising in.Rupy tailors the class to your abilities – I\u2019ve done lots of mat Pilates but this was my first time on the reformer, and went with friends who had less experience. I loved that you can each work at your own level.I felt so strong at the end and can\u2019t wait for my next session. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their fitness or strength at any level of ability!<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/g><\/svg><\/div><\/div>

Rupy\u2019s Reformer Pilates classes are excellent. With only three clients per session, she provides a very personalised experience, almost like having a private trainer. The classes strike the right balance\u2014challenging enough to push you but still very manageable and enjoyable.Rupy is highly knowledgeable, explaining the purpose of each move and its benefits while offering thoughtful adjustments to accommodate injuries or limitations.
